About the Journal

Managistra: Journal of Management and Organization is a peer-reviewed open access international journal has been aimed at facilitating a better comprehension of research-based management sciences among academicians and study analysts, thereby giving a positive contribution and influence on the world of management sciences.  All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the editors and then evaluated by a minimum of two International Reviewers through a double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of manuscripts published in the journal.
