Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence has significantly influenced organizational management practices, particularly in operational management and decision-making processes. Organizations increasingly rely on AI-based technologies to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven managerial decisions in complex and dynamic business environments. However, the extent to which artificial intelligence implementation simultaneously contributes to operational efficiency and the transformation of organizational decision-making remains an important issue that requires further investigation. This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence implementation in enhancing operational processes and transforming organizational decision-making mechanisms within modern organizations. This research employs a quantitative approach involving managers and operational employees who utilize AI-based systems in their organizational activities. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis to examine the relationships among artificial intelligence implementation, operational efficiency, and decision-making transformation.

The findings indicate that the implementation of artificial intelligence significantly improves operational efficiency by enhancing workflow automation, optimizing resource allocation, and strengthening organizational data processing capabilities. In addition, operational efficiency is found to positively influence the transformation of decision-making processes by providing more accurate and timely information for managerial analysis. The results also reveal that artificial intelligence directly contributes to the development of more data-driven, analytical, and predictive managerial decisions. These findings highlight the strategic role of artificial intelligence in modern organizational management, where intelligent technologies not only support operational effectiveness but also strengthen managerial decision-making capabilities. Therefore, the integration of artificial intelligence within operational management systems enables organizations to become more efficient, adaptive, and competitive in increasingly complex business environments.
